KidLux Flash Deals are exclusive, time-limited luxury hotel offers designed for families. We negotiate deep discounts (up to 50% off!) with top-tier hotels and resorts worldwide to provide unbeatable prices and perks for KidLux customers.

Flash Deals are only available for purchase for 5-7 days, but stays will be valid for the specified travel window (up to one year ahead).

Anyone can access KidLux Flash Deals, but VIP Members get 24-hour early access before they open to the general public.

While there isn’t a set limit on the number of bookings, availability is based on hotel occupancy and date restrictions. The sooner you book, the better your chances of securing your preferred dates before they sell out!

Step 1: Select your preferred room type and number of nights.

Step 2: During checkout, enter your requested check-in dates in the provided form.

Step 3: Complete your payment to secure your booking—first come, first served!

Step 4: Within 48 hours, KidLux will confirm your requested dates.

If your requested dates aren’t available, you can choose alternative dates (within 7 days of purchasing the deal) or receive a full refund (but we’d hate to see that happen!). Please note that some room types have very limited availability, and in that case you will be prompted to submit your dates before you can purchase the deal. Once we confirm your dates, you will have 24 hours to pay - your reservation will not be held beyond that time.

Each Flash Deal lasts 5-7 days—but booking dates are subject to hotel availability and can (especially peak periods) sell out fast. Booking quickly is key!

KidLux Flash Deals offer savings of up to 50% off standard hotel rates, with additional VIP-exclusive perks such as breakfast, room upgrades, rollaway beds and free amenities (specific inclusions differ by hotel).

You will pay KidLux at the time of booking. Once your payment is processed, you will receive confirmation of your requested dates from KidLux within 48 hours.

This ensures a seamless and secure booking experience, giving you access to exclusive rates and perks only available through KidLux.

All KidLux Flash Deal prices are for the entire stay (e.g., 5 nights) and include taxes for the stay and any inclusions. Each deal will have hotel specific inclusions that are exclusively for KidLux customers.

Not included: Additional hotel incidentals, such as room service, minibar charges, spa treatments, or other on-property expenses, which will be charged separately by the hotel.

To ensure you get the best possible price, deals are non-refundable (unless your selected check-in date at the time you purchase the flash deal is not available).

Each Flash Deal has a specific modification policy, set by the hotel, and we will do our best to assist you if you need to modify, but these changes are subject to both availability and hotel discretion.
